I am a Researcher at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago. My research interests are labor and public economics, with a special interest in female labor supply, health outcomes, inequality, child well-being, and understanding the impacts of government policies on low-income families. Previously, I served as a graduate research assistant at the University of Kentucky Center for Poverty Research (UKCPR).
I received the 2020 Horowitz Foundation grant for my research "The Child Tax Credit and Labor Market Outcomes of Mothers". This paper evaluates the impact of numerous policy changes in the Child Tax Credit on labor supply behavior of single and married mothers. Upcoming Presentations:
